Salary is EUR 1560 per month gross with bonuses

As a Spanish English Business Development Sales Representative working on site in Athens Greece youll help create and deliver memorable customer experiences in an environment committed to excellence.

What Youll Be Doing

Are you resultsfocused and passionate about helping others As a Business Development Sales Representative your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers in the target market through channels such as cold calling outbound prospecting and social media.

  • Engaging Leads: Assess customer needs and pain points and conduct discovery conversations to determine potential opportunities.

  • Personalized Communication: Initiate contact through tailored phone calls emails and social media interactions.

  • Relationship Building: Establish credibility and nurture relationships with prospects to guide them through the sales funnel.

  • Upselling & Cross Selling: Leverage your expertise to offer additional solutions and drive increased revenue while fostering longterm relationships.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Sales Experience: At least 1 years in a sales environment with experience in prospecting lead qualification generating new business opportunities and upselling/cross selling.

  • Bilingual Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in both Spanish and English.

  • Value Articulation: Ability to clearly explain value propositions and effectively engage prospects across multiple channels.

  • CustomerCentric Approach: A knack for understanding customer needs addressing objections and positioning solutions effectively.

  • Team Collaboration: A collaborative spirit and competency in working well with sales teams and other stakeholders.

  • Technical Proficiency: Confidence in using sales development tools and CRM systems.
