Glasgow Health and Social Care Partnership have commissioned an exciting new service in the North East and North West of the City to work alongside families in a flexible and strengths based way to help them achieve positive outcomes. As part of a citywide strategy the service will promote the wellbeing of children and young people aged 012 years to support them to stay at home and thrive with their families within their local communities by offering the right support at the right time.
