The role


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join Zhlke as Senior GroupController. As Senior Group Controller you will play a crucial role in providing strategic financial guidancecontrolling activities and decision support to the senior management team and the broader will be responsible for supporting the financial planning forecasting and reporting processes acrossour Group. Hereby you are ensuring accurate and timely financial information to facilitate informed businessdecisions. This is to ensure a groupwide harmonized controlling and reporting processes including targetsetting implementation monitoring and feedback.
The Senior Group Controller will report directly to the Head of Group Controlling.

How youll make an impact

Financial Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements consolidated reports and variance
  • analyses to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisionmaking.

Financial Planning and Budgeting

  • Help to lead the groups budgeting and forecasting processes collaborating with business units anddepartments to develop accurate financial plans.
  • Monitor and report on budget vs. actual performance investigating and explaining variances.


Cost Controlling and Efficiency Improvements

  • Implement and enhance cost control measures actively identifying opportunities for cost savingsand efficiency improvements throughout the organization.
  • Work closely with operational teams to develop and track cost improvement initiatives.


Process Improvement and Automation

  • Identify opportunities and enhance financial processes through automation and technology.
  • Implement best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with crossfunctional teams serving as a trusted financial advisor todepartment heads and business leaders.
  • Effectively communicate financial information and insights to nonfinancial stakeholders.

Whats important to us

  • Bachelors degree in business administration Finance Accounting Economics or a related area. MBAor relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Several years of experience in financial planning and analysis budgeting and controlling with a preferredfocus on a professional service provider environment. (Solid understanding of service provider businessmodels and their impact on the financial model of a company.)
  • Sound knowledge of data management as well as the maintenance and further development of BI tools.
  • Flexibility independence and necessary calmness and composure even in stressful situations.
  • Very good analytical skills ability to think interconnected and be very assertive.
  • Very strong communication skills in English with German being a plus.
