Job Description

Customer Support Specialist Czech Relocate to Sofia Bulgaria Attractive Salary Relocation Support Premium Benefits

We are seeking a fluent Czech speaker (C2) with strong English (B2) skills who is eager to relocate grow professionally and experience the rich culture and lifestyle Sofia has to offer.

Location: Onsite in Sofia Bulgaria
Schedule: Rotating shifts (5 days/week 8 hours/day) with 2 days off
Relocation Package: Includes travel expense reimbursement and full support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and chat

  • Assist customers with product information order tracking account management and general inquiries

  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in internal systems

  • Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and ensure timely resolution

  • Stay informed about product updates service policies and promotional offerings

Candidate Profile:

  • Fluent in Czech (C2 level) both spoken and written

  • Good English skills (B2) required for internal communication and training

  • Previous experience in customer service retail or ecommerce support is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced structured and multilingual environment

  • Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new cultural setting

  • Very attractive salary with low personal income tax (only 10%) allowing you to retain more of your earnings
