The Office of International Affairs (OIA) develops and advances initiatives that support the University of Colorado Denver and Anschutz Medical Campuses vision as a leading public university with a global reputation for excellence in learning research creativity community engagement and clinical care. OIA partners with the universitys schools/colleges and with other university offices to align international student recruitment efforts and services support academic programs foster global educational partnerships facilitate research collaborations and create global learning opportunities.

International Admissions (IA) is the primary unit focused on international student recruitment at undergraduate graduate and PhD levels for CU Denver Anschutz. IA is also the fullserving admissions office for undergraduate applicants and provides application support for graduate applicants at CU Denver Anschutz.

The International Recruitment & Marketing Lead plays a vital role within the International Admissions (IA) team supporting the recruitment marketing and enrollment of international undergraduate graduate and ESL Academy students at CU Denver. Reporting to the Director of International Enrollment Strategy & Admissions this position leads the planning and execution of inperson and virtual recruitment initiatives manages key relationships with international recruitment agents and contributes to the development of targeted marketing strategies. The role requires a datainformed approach to evaluating recruitment activities and agent performance with a strong emphasis on collaboration communication and delivering an excellent prospective student experience.

In addition to recruitment responsibilities the International Recruitment & Marketing Lead oversees International Admissions digital and print marketing campaigns social media presence and lead communications strategy. This role also supports strategic decisionmaking through ROI analysis trend research and process improvement initiatives. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to influence international enrollment outcomes through integrated marketing outreach and relationship management while contributing to CU Denvers broader global engagement goals.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at $60950 $62900.

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity experience education specialty and training.

The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

This position is not eligible for overtime compensation.
