Training period:comprehensive 10week training period 8 weeks in the field working side by side with dedicated trainer & 2 weeks classroombased training in Loveland CO.
3 days off per week!After completion of training your schedule will consist of4 shifts per week at 10hour daysbased on workload demand.

TheField Service Technician Iis responsible for the delivery of highquality customer service performing preventative maintenance routine repair and calibration/verification of Hach devices located at our customer sites. The customer base for this role is anticipated to be a combination of municipal (i.e. drinking and wastewater treatment facilities) and industrial (i.e. power plants and food and beverage plants).
This position is part of theNorth America Field Service Teamlocated in the Florida and Southeast Georgiaareaand will beremote.
In this role a typical day will look like:
Performpreventative maintenance routine repair and calibration/verification of instrumentation using established company standard work.
Promotes a positive customer experience and serves as onsite customer contact for technical and servicerelated problems.
Submits prompt accurate service reports that affect billing inventory instrument history and instrument failure.
Follows safe work practices according to company policy.
Executes administrative activities in support of service visits.
Minimum of 50% travel. This role will be based in the Port St Lucie/Vero Beach/West Palm Beach FL area and supports our customers throughout the state of Florida. Companypaid travel accommodations and meals are provided for overnight stays.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Associates/Technical degree preferred or combination of education and experience.
Experience with preventative maintenance and technical diagnostics/repair Basic mechanical aptitudeis a must.
3 years of field service experience and/or customer facing roles preferred.
You have a valid Drivers License and clean driving record required.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenuebased metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $29.00 $31.00 USD per job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
