Job Description
Candidates with GIS teaching experience and a geospatial focus to their research are particularly encouraged to apply. Given the interdisciplinary nature of the department we invite applications from candidates with diverse research interests in GIScience urban planning urban governance and policy urban sustainability digital geographies and other foci. A PhD in geography planning or adjacent social science or interdisciplinary fields (including but not limited to public policy urban studies and environmental studies) is required; however ABD applicants who anticipate completion of the doctorate before Fall 2025 are welcome to apply.
