Job Description

Burrow Global is a full service EPC solutions provider specializing in automation buildings and architecture and I&E Construction in the Oil and Gas Petrochemical and Refining industries. We are committed to excellence and are seeking a talented Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate within a multidisciplinary engineering environment and play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting top talent to support our organizations growth.

Job Description: As a Technical Recruiter at Burrow Global you will be responsible for identifying sourcing and recruiting qualified engineering technical support and administrative personnel to meet the staffing needs of various departments within the organization. This role requires strong collaboration skills as you will work closely with HR team members hiring managers and executive management to fulfill hiring requirements and ensure the successful onboarding of new employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify source and recruit qualified personnel to fill internal position requests across multiple departments.
  • Collaborate effectively with HR team members hiring managers and executive management on hiring requirements.
  • Track resumes candidate submissions and interview requests for supervisors/department heads.
  • Coordinate interview requests between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct thorough job order review to help identify the best possible candidates for the organization.
  • Create job descriptions as needed for recruiting purposes.
  • Utilize webbased social media sites such as LinkedIn Indeed and others for recruiting purposes.
  • Implement effective sourcing research and recruiting strategies.
  • Prescreen candidates conduct phone/inperson interviews and evaluate talent against position requirements.
  • Maximize company brand through recruiting networking and advertising efforts.
  • Complete required reports on a weekly or monthly basis as needed by HR Operations Department Heads and Executive Management.
  • Work with HR to create job offers and onboarding processes.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree with 5 or more years of experience as a technical or engineering recruiter.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting technical and engineering personnel on a local or national basis.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products.
  • Experience with social media sites used for recruiting such as or others.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system like UltiPro Smart Recruiters Workday or iCIMS.
  • Experience working in the Oil and Gas Petrochemical or Refining industries is a plus.
  • Must function well in a highpaced and results driven environment.

Candidates Note: The base of operation for this position can be in the Galleria area Deer Park area or Beaumont TX area.
