Job Description
Kensington School a premier private preschool with over 55 years of excellence in early childhood education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director to join our leadership team. This fulltime midlevel position offers a unique opportunity to grow with a familyled rapidly expanding organization that prioritizes children families and staff.
As an Assistant Director youll receive handson training in the Kensington Way working alongside seasoned directors while focusing on the heart of early educationbuilding strong relationships and supporting classroom quality. With centralized administrative departments handling admissions payroll hiring curriculum and more youll be empowered to lead with care attention and purpose.
Qualifications:
- Must meet or exceed DCFS Director qualifications
- Prior administrative experience in a licensed childcare facility
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children
