What Youll Be Doing:
Were looking for someone who is warm organized and thrives in a clientfacing role. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and making them feel welcome
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Managing checkins and checkouts
- Collecting payments and processing invoices
- Coordinating prescription refills and record requests
- Communicating clearly with both clients and the care team
- Helping ensure each visit runs smoothly and professionally
What Were Looking For:
- 1 year of veterinary or medical reception experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfort using veterinary practice software (well train you on ours)
- Dependable organized and calm under pressure
- A positive attitude and a teamfirst mindset
