An Automotive Service Technician is responsible for accurately performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

- $20.00 to $34.00 per hour flat rate

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems
- Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and service equipment
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Complete online multipoint inspection reports
- Complete all work according to applicable safety requirements
- Roadtest vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
- Document work performed on repair orders record test procedures / results and time per company recoding procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current state drivers license giving authorization to operate motor vehicles
- Effective analytical and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge a plus
- Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Automotive mechanical experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Positive friendly attitude
