Job Description
About the Role:
Were seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Engineer IV to join our dynamic team and drive innovation efficiency and excellence in our manufacturing processes. This seniorlevel engineering role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is passionate about implementing cuttingedge technology and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex manufacturing engineering projects from concept through implementation.

Design develop and optimize manufacturing processes using advanced engineering techniques.

Provide technical expertise in hydraulics pneumatics electrical systems automation and PLCs.

Identify and resolve manufacturing issues to improve quality reduce costs and enhance productivity.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including design quality and production.

Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.

Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial or related).

5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Proven handson experience with hydraulics pneumatics electrical systems automation technologies and PLC programming/troubleshooting.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams.

Excellent problemsolving communication and analytical abilities.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
