Role Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Head of Product Marketing at Notable to lead our product marketing strategy and team. This critical leadership role will drive product positioning gotomarket strategies and sales enablement initiatives that accelerate our growth in the healthcare automation market. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic vision for product marketing excellence deep healthcare industry knowledge and a proven track record of building highperforming teams that deliver measurable business impact.
What Youll Do:
Prioritize and manage the workflow between PMMs Sales and Product teams ensuring alignment and efficiency.
Provide market insights to inform product decisions and respond to requests for market material reviews.
Collaborate with the VP of Communications and other stakeholders on the development of marketing campaigns including lead and demand generation initiatives.
Develop case studies and use case scenarios in partnership with internal and external SMEs.
Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive product adoption revenue growth and market expansion
Lead and mentor a team of product marketing professionals setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of excellence creativity and continuous improvement
Partner closely with Product Management to shape product roadmaps based on market insights competitive intelligence and customer feedback
Craft compelling product positioning messaging and value propositions that resonate with healthcare decisionmakers
Create and maintain comprehensive sales enablement resources including playbooks pitch decks training videos and competitive battlecards
Design and implement product launch strategies that maximize market impact and drive measurable business results
Lead competitive intelligence efforts to identify market opportunities and threats
Establish product marketing KPIs and measurement frameworks to continuously optimize performance
What Were Looking For:
8 years of progressive product marketing experience with at least 5 years focused on B2B SaaS products and at least 3 years in the healthcare technology space
Healthcare/healthtech industry experience required with preference for experience in workflow automation AI/ML technologies or SaaS platforms
4 years of experience building and leading highperforming product marketing teams
Proven track record developing effective product positioning messaging and gotomarket strategies that drive measurable business results
Extensive experience creating sales enablement resources that accelerate deal velocity and win rates
Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics buyer personas and purchasing processes
Exceptional strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer benefits
Experience working in a fastpaced highgrowth environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
