Whats your day like
As a detailoriented and analytical ERP Analyst at Umarex USA you will play a vital role in enhancing and supporting our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Your responsibilities will include providing daily support and troubleshooting across various modules such as Finance Inventory Procurement and Manufacturing. By analyzing business processes youll recommend improvements that boost efficiency and effectiveness within our ERP system. You will also develop and maintain reports using ERP reporting tools and BI platforms transforming data into actionable insights. Collaborating with crossfunctional teams including Finance Operations and IT youll ensure the smooth utilization of the ERP system.
Additionally you will support system upgrades monitor performance and maintain data integrity contributing significantly to our manufacturing operations and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
What were looking for in a ERP Analyst
To excel as an ERP Analyst at Umarex USA youll need a robust skill set and relevant experience. Ideally you should have 2 years of working with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle NetSuite Microsoft Dynamics or TGI E21. A strong understanding of business processes particularly in finance supply chain or manufacturing is crucial for analyzing and improving operational efficiency. Proficiency in report writing and data analysis using tools like SQL Power BI or Crystal Reports will enable you to derive meaningful insights from data. Exceptional troubleshooting and problemsolving skills are essential for addressing ERPrelated issues while strong communication abilities will help you collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Being detailoriented and proactive in pursuing continuous improvement initiatives will make you a valuable asset to our team. Experience with the TGI E21 ERP System is a plus elevating your candidacy further.
