Job Description
Sign on Bonus $1500
- Oversee installation and repair of production CNC machines and other company equipment
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production CNC and manual machinery and perform scheduled maintenance on all production equipment
- Able to perform mechanical repairs and service to mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic thermal control and filtration systems pertaining to manufacturing equipment
- Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and services
- Diagnose CNC equipment problems replace and repair parts perform function tests and make adjustments as needed
- Oversee repairs and construction of new services related to production and facility equipment
- Utilize hand and power tools electric meters precision test devices and material handling equipment in performing duties
- Comply with all safety regulations
- Manage equipment details and specifications in the company MRP system
- Utilize MRP system to record equipment service parts and maintenance details as they occur
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge Skills and Abilities)
- High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship or an equivalent number of years of education and electromechanical maintenance experience
- 2 years of CNC service experience
- Strong hydraulic pneumatic mechanical and industrial skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with vendors and fellow team members
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read wiring diagrams machine schematics blueprints and technical manuals
- Knowledge of MRP systems (Epicor a plus)
- Awareness of local building DEEP (EPA) and OSHA codes and regulations
