Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Oversee capacity planning production scheduling and workforce management.
    • Drive initiatives for lean manufacturing and process improvements.
  2. Operational Management:

    • Ensure efficient utilization of resources equipment and personnel.
    • Monitor production metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Maintain compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
  3. Budgeting and Cost Control:

    • Manage budgets for manufacturing operations including cost analysis and reduction strategies.
    • Identify opportunities for costsaving without compromising quality or efficiency.
  4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

    • Ensure that all manufacturing operations meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
    • Implement robust quality control measures and corrective action plans.
  5. Team Development and Leadership:

    • Lead mentor and develop manufacturing teams to achieve operational excellence.
    • Foster a culture of safety collaboration and continuous improvement.
  6. Crossfunctional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with R&D Supply Chain and Sales teams to align manufacturing with business objectives.
    • Support new product development and production rampup activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering Manufacturing Operations Management or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 10 years of experience in manufacturing with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing largescale manufacturing operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
