Your Responsibilities

Provide topquality support via phone email and chat in Croatian and English

Assist customers with bookings account issues and general inquiries

Deliver fast friendly and effective solutions

Escalate technical or complex cases when needed

Collaborate with your team to improve customer satisfaction

What You Need

Fluent Croatian (native or C2)

Intermediate or higher English

Strong communication and customer service skills

Basic digital literacy and multitasking abilities

Previous customer support experience is a plus training is provided
