As an Internal Sales Executive you will join our current coworkers in providing an exceptional customer experience while allowing you the opportunity to grow your career within Distribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers

  • Conduct meaningful conversations with customers around a solution/product area

  • Maximise call potential and outcomes using a number of different sources to gain information on customers

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets for the aligned customer

  • Builds excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement

  • Develops partner relationships through planning and crossselling

  • Provide sell and negotiate product information pricing special offers and promotions

  • Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as daily talk time and outbound calls

  • Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers

  • Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  • Experience within a sales environment from the IT channel or technology industry

  • A proven track record in sales and understanding of targets

  • Consistently striving to Delight the Customer

  • Work effectively as part of a team

  • Winning mentality with a proactive attitude

  • Successful in building long term customer relationships

  • Willingness to share experience and knowledge with others to enhance team performance
