Salary: per annum (pro rata for parttime)

The Youth & Justice Service is a dedicated service for children aged 11 who need support. We offer a wide range of nonstatutory and statutory interventions to children who are experiencing difficulties and challenges where support cannot be provided by universal services alone. We have strong relationships with wider services & partnerships supporting children and their families to ensure that we can jointly deliver the best possible support and care.

About the Role

We are looking for people who are passionate and committed to working with children who can:

  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of children families and victims
  • Be responsible for developing their practice and undertake and implement learning
  • listen to and act upon childrens voice to strive for the best outcomes
  • Work with children who have order from court to complete hours within the community (Reparation) Reparation should reflect childs and victims voice as well as benefiting the local community.
  • Delivering direct work which is responsive to the needs of children who have been direct victims of youth crime.

About You
