The Raytheon Software Engineering Team is looking for a Principal Engineering Cost Account Manager (CAM). As the CAM you willsupport a crossdisciplinary team of engineers for this software development program. This is an onsite role based in Richardson TX.
What You Will Do
- CAM serving a crossdisciplinary team of engineers
- Management of the teams cost and schedule including Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance and Earned Value Management (EVMS) techniques.
- Provide variance analysis experience.
- Support ECP efforts as required.
- Become Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certified within 6 months.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience with proposals estimates technical documents or other contract deliverable items.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in change management and/or cost estimation
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certified
- Experience with complex satellite ground systems particularlycommand and control functionality.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team
- Systems Testand/or Software Engineering experience on a large government software development contract
- Strong engineering experience
- Experience with Satellite Command and Control or Mission Planning and Scheduling Operations
- Experience in SE process development and deployment
- Experience with complex satellite ground systems particularly previous deployment of developed systems to ground station operations
- Proven written and oral communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Proficient with Microsoft Project
- Knowledge and experience with Metrics driven Earned Value

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
