Key Responsibilities:
Plan organize and supervise all aspects of the mens soccer program.
Recruit and retain qualified studentathletes consistent with Georgetown Colleges mission and NAIA guidelines.
Promote the academic athletic and personal development of studentathletes.
Manage team operations including scheduling travel logistics budgeting and equipment ordering.
Design and lead effective training sessions conditioning programs and game strategies.
Ensure adherence to NAIA MidSouth Conference and institutional rules and policies.
Collaborate with admissions faculty athletic training and other college departments.
Support fundraising alumni relations and community outreach efforts related to the program.
Maintain an inclusive and positive team culture that promotes respect integrity and accountability.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required.
Demonstrated successful coaching experience at the collegiate or highlevel club level.
Indepth knowledge of soccer strategy skill development and NAIA compliance.
Strong communication leadership and organizational skills.
Commitment to studentathlete academic success and character development.
CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Driving team to away games. Valid drivers license required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting within the NAIA or smallcollege athletics.
Familiarity with the MidSouth Conference and regional recruiting landscape.
Ability to engage alumni and donors in program initiatives.
