JOB PURPOSE

The individual will be responsible for the design and delivery of primary and secondary packaging for innovation renovation sustainability and cost savings initiatives.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
You will manage multiple development projects and prioritize tasks based on timelines. You will deliver effectively in a crossfunctional team environment by working with Brand Planning Formulation Procurement Quality and many external suppliers. The position will also interface with Supply Chain for manufacturing scaleup including line trials production startups cost savings and improving line efficiency. The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical teams is essential.
- Coupled with project management experience and a technical skillset you will have the autonomy to deliver packaging innovation by partnering with crossfunctional stakeholders to delight the consumer with sustainable and creative packaging solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- B.S. Degree (Packaging Science or engineering equivalent) and 24 years experience in the packaging field preferably in the personal care products industry.
- Broad packaging component knowledge and experience in rigid packaging such as injection molded assemblies bottles closures and aerosol packaging.
- Must demonstrate understanding of package development process and engineering principles and the ability to design and develop primary and secondary packaging components that meet consumer brand customer and manufacturing objectives.
- Must be able to demonstrate a general understanding of project management to realize the order importance and impact of appropriate project activities and maintain packaging commitments to project scheduling.
- Must understand consumer business and category needs and the relationship to packaging decisions & execution. An entrepreneurial mindset is beneficial.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $69360 to $104040. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications qualifications and education and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
LongTerm Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
