We are currently hiring aR&D Sensory ScientistinBoston MA.
*A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite 3 days a week (Tuesday Thursday).
The Sensory Scientist I will collect information about the attributes that amplifies the consumers love of profiles and to use this information to help guide the development of the highest quality and the most enjoyable products. Doing this through excellent execution of consumer testing and a keen understanding of panel training. This person will help guide new Product Development with organoleptic learnings and contribute to the to the reporting of consumer data. Scientific focus an attention to detail prioritization and project management skills are essential.

At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws we are open about our salary ranges. For this role the salary range is between $59500 and $106000. However its important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience skillset and location. Additionally this position qualifies for an discretionary annual bonus based on company and induvial performance and certain sales roles might include a car allowance.
