Job Description
Purpose Of The Job:
Our Client is looking for an experienced and strong Creditors Clerk to join their busy Team.
- To deliver credit control services in order to process transactions accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work
- Objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures
- Reporting to the Financial Manager
- Full Creditors function
- Collate invoices and statements
- Ensuring documents are valid and authorised for payment
- Capture invoices
- Handling creditors queries
- Payments of creditors according to payment terms
- Completing payment requisition documents
- Other administrative duties as required
- Reconciliation of suppliers statements to payments and Suppliers ledger
- Minimum of 23 years experience as Creditors Clerk in a dealership environment
- Matric
- Must have own transport
- Automotive Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!!
