Job Description

The HCM Specialist assists with various aspects of the team. This role supports administrative duties of Benefits Compensation Employee Relations HRIS Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition.

This position is onsite at Bowen Healths Administration Office in Warsaw IN.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Serves as initial contact and liaison for all employees and guests by providing a welcoming environment.
  • Accountable for all Corporate deliveries and HCM office supply inventory.
  • Manages event registrations calendar events and supports logistical requirements for events.
  • Monitors and ensures compliance requirements are met across HCM Team.
  • Responsible for various HCM administrative duties including areas such as benefits onboarding orientation payroll unemployment hearings and workers compensation.
  • Maintains organization of employee files and recordkeeping requirements.
  • Exemplifies strong customer service skills with the ability to problemsolve and critically think.
  • Responds to emails calls messages and other inquiries within 24hours.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Competency Expectations:

  • Education: Associate degree preferred
  • Experience: Prefer one year of experience in Human Resources or two (2) years of internal organization experience
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in all relevant human resources competency areas
  • Valid drivers license and active liability insurance
  • Satisfactory results from criminal background check
  • Must be a minimum 21 years of age
