Job Description
We are currently seekingjunior to midlevel Contract Managersto work on a remote or hybrid basis some of the worlds leading technology and life sciences companies.
Responsibilities:
- Redlining editing drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements to facilitate company goals
- Reporting on contract analyses and reviewing contract compliance with company policy
- Maintaining organizing and working through a queue of contracts efficiently
- Identifying and communicating areas of improvement
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience reviewing contracts and managing agreements with a company in the Tech industry (i.e. NDAs SOWs MSAs SaaS agreements IT agreements vendor contracts service agreements affiliate agreements marketing agreements etc.)
- Currently based in the United States
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and to negotiate with vendors/suppliers while maintaining contractual compliance with corporate legal terms and conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using a Contract Lifecycle Management System and comfortable learning/utilizing new contractrelated applications
- Track record of working crossfunctionally to achieve company goals while showcasing prioritization skills
Compensation Benefits & Location:
This role offers a range of competitive compensation up to $120000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits 401K and more.
