Job Description
JobSquad formerly Advance Employment is hiring full timeCarpenter / Framer to perform consistent steady work on a variety of residential projects throughout midMichigan. Candidate would be driving to foremans location in Gregory MI and riding with the crew to the job site each day.
Responsibilities:
- Shaping cutting and fitting materials to specified measurements using hand or power tools.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years minimum carpentry experience required
- Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to lift 5075 pounds.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to do basic math and read a tape measure.
Duties:
- Wood framing
- Metal Framing
- Demolition and/or cleanup
- Drywall hanging
