We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who will work in JAGGAERs corporate marketing team. You will design and deliver key campaign content across companyowned marketing channels and to field marketing teams.
Write engaging onbrand content including blogs emails landing pages case studies and white papers that align with SEO best practices and support marketing campaigns.
Conduct background research and assist in gathering insights from internal subject matter experts partners and industry voices to develop accurate and compelling content.
Support content creation in multiple formats including video scripts podcast outlines and shortform soundbites working with agencies to ensure delivery meets requirements and brand standards.
Help maintain content calendars especially for blog publishing ensuring a steady cadence of new posts aligned to campaign priorities and stakeholder inputs.
Coordinate content handoffs and publishing workflows collaborating with marketing operations and campaign teams to ensure timely delivery and usage of assets.
Assist with content distribution planning across digital channels (email social media blog web) optimizing reach and engagement for key messages.
Contribute to customer and partner content by gathering inputs and helping develop or edit materials such as webinar promos newsletters and joint content initiatives.
Support the development of the video content strategy contributing ideas sourcing assets and helping with rollout logistics and repurposing efforts.
Partner with sales regional marketing and customer success teams to capture customer insights testimonials and proof points for use in content.
Use internal tools such as Pardot Vidyard and CMS platforms to help publish manage and analyze content.
Track content performance and share suggestions to improve reach engagement and conversion metrics across content types.
Proofread and review content to maintain brand consistency in tone grammar and style across all deliverables.
Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing communications supply chain or journalism environment
Excellent copywriting skills and a passion for content writing.
Strong project and time management skills. You can translate your brilliant content ideas into actionable projects and strategies with clear success metrics.
You can turn complex topics into engaging creative and consumable content in a variety of formats (text image video audio formats)
Handson experience in content management and production
Excellent communication skills. You are comfortable leading interviews and discussions with content contributors customers and internal stakeholders.
Solid knowledge of SEO. You can demonstrate sound understanding of Google Analytics Search Console and SEO tools such as SEMRush
Experience with marketing automation platforms is an advantage
Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
Video editing skills are a plus
Strong knowledge of content repurposing and distribution
You understand the difference between brand awareness lead generation channels and content
Success in this Position:
You are highly collaborative and proactively engage with coworkers across Marketing Product Management Sales Partner Marketing and Customer Success Management to source input and feedback that will help you create content.
You proactively research industry topics and trends and are not afraid to ask questions to deepen your understanding of our market products and customers.
You can work with international marketing teams to learn more about their local content needs and create content that will appeal to international audiences.
