Tasks
- Responsibility for the organization and implementation of warehouse and logistics activities
- Disciplinary management and continuous positive development of employees; incl. conducting annual employee appraisals
- Analysis planning and optimization of operational structures and processes
- Preparation of reports on the relevant key figures; continuous assurance of compliance with and optimization of quality and performance indicators
Implementation of projects - Longterm perspective Taking over the entire warehouse/logistics management
Profile
- Training or studies in the field of logistics; ideally further qualification as a master craftsman or similar
- Several years of professional experience in the logistics industry
- Several years of experience in a management role in a fastpaced and operational working environment
- Advanced knowledge of a modern ERP system (e.g. Oracle or SAP)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Experience with responsibility for projects
- High level of communication skills strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Assertiveness and strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong handson mentality and high sense of responsibility
