Job Description
HMR is a national contractor providing underground and surface DRILLING MINING and RAISEBORING services to clients across Australia.
We are currently seeking suitably experiencedWorkshop Trade Assistant / Forklift Operators to join our team for available work in the Central West NSW region.
If you are a highly motivated selfstarter we want to hear from you! This role is fulltime for a minimum of 6 months with opportunity for placement with the client.
The Role
- 7/7 5/2 roster
- DIDO (NSW) Km reimbursement
- Permanent position potential for fulltime role with client
Key purpose of the role
- Perform forklift operations in surface workshop/store environment
- Prioritise traffic management with clear communication
- Conduct prestart inspections and safety checks
- Perform basic daily maintenance on machine to maintain uptime
- Contribute to housekeeping safety and productivity improvements
Essentials:
The ability to meet preemployment criteria including drug and alcohol screening medical and police clearance is required.
- Motivated selfstarter who can work independently
- Ticketed and experience Forklift Operator
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Current Manual Drivers License
- Australian or NZ residents Full working rights in Australia
