Whats the role
As the PMO Manager youll be at the heart of our Financial Markets Transformation driving the successful delivery of key initiatives. This role is all about ensuring projects are on track within scope and delivering real benefits. Youll work closely with both business and technology teams to modernise our architecture and support sustainable growth. This is a fulltime role based in Sydney with three days in the office to collaborate and connect with the wider team.
What do I need
- Strong experience in a PMO project management and governance team within the banking or finance industry.
- Ability to drive project performance while working with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
- Problemsolving skills across various environments.
- A collaborative mindset to engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in a role that required substantial influencing of stakeholders.
