Are you ready to lead a team at the forefront of biologics innovation Our company is seeking an Executive Director Head of Biologics E2E Technical Product where you will play a key role in advancing our biologics pipeline. In this prominent role you will lead a team of technical product leaders manage an extensive biologics portfolio and champion innovation. Your Core Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of technical projects within the Biologics portfolio using standardized tools and processes for effective prioritization and resource allocation.
Collaborate with the Global Biologics and Sterile Operating Unit and Value Chain Management Team to align strategies and business needs.
Partner with our research & development division on Biologics pipeline programs ensuring seamless integration with clinical and global development teams to propel CMC strategies.
Develop and implement tools for comprehensive assessment of biologics products leveraging data to identify and address reliability and robustness concerns.
Direct technical reviews and governance to guarantee robust solutions for both inline and pipeline products.
Lead mentor and develop technical leaders to excel in managing a complex portfolio with technical excellence.
Foster an environment that promotes both technical and executional excellence.
Ensure compliance with our companys global and regulatory standards upholding current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Cultivate a culture of safety and compliance in Global Science Engineering and Commercialization.
Act as a primary contact for Business Development initiatives.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Education Minimum Requirements:
B.S. in relevant Engineering or Science fields.
Who You Are:
You are ready if you have the following requirements:
At least 15 years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and/or development emphasizing science and technical roles.
Proven technical excellence and a deep understanding of biologics molecules manufacturing processes and commercialization principles.
Experience in biologics development and new product introduction.
Strong skills in crossdivisional networking and collaboration.
Experience in technical product stewardship.
Demonstrated leadership with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Strong talentbuilding skills with strategic and detailoriented capabilities.
Solid understanding of product management systems business and financial skills and the ability to manage multiple programs.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Experience with Antibody Drug Compounds.
Proven track record in resolving technical challenges in complex manufacturing settings.
Experience in project and portfolio management.
Track record of ontime delivery in E2E Pipeline programs.
Ability to manage a budget for a team of approximately 2030 people.
Focus on Cost of Goods (COGs) and continuous improvement with Operational Units (OpUs).
Alignment of the teams project portfolio with business strategy and priorities.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5 2023 employees in officebased positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days onsite per week Monday Thursday although the specific days may vary by site or organization with Friday designated as a remoteworking day unless business critical tasks require an onsite Hybrid work model does not apply to and daily inperson attendance is required for fieldbased positions; facilitybased manufacturingbased or researchbased positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collectivebargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. Please note this Hybrid work model guidance also does not apply to roles that have been designated as remote.
The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors which may include but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidates relevant skills experience and education.
Expected US salary range:
$227300.00 $357900.00Available benefits include bonus eligibility long term incentive if applicable health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family) retirement benefits paid holidays vacation and sick days. A summary of benefits is listed here.
