Job Description
What youll do
- Drive and operate Best Buy vehicles in accordance with local and state laws
- Manage instore delivery pickups using a personalized delivery queue
- Partner with the instore operations team to confirm product details prior to delivery
- Obtain customer signatures on highvalue products as needed
- Escalate delivery issues to our leaders to help resolve issues
- Current valid drivers license
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Have and maintain a driving record that meets Best Buy safety standards (e.g. minimal number of violations/accidents)
- Acquire gain and maintain any state or local licensing as required within 90 days of being hired
- Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays nights and weekends
- Customer service experience
