Job Description
Quality Control Lead1st Shift
The Quality Control Lead will embrace the Love of Cooking in the Workplace by working with the Production Department to ensure our product equipment and employees are meeting our high quality standards ensuring our spices are safe clean and healthy.

Day to Day Tasks Include.
monitoring employee practices to ensure our product is safe clean and healthy.
encouraging the Love of Cooking in the workplace by helping employees follow spice recipes in the production department carefully.
verifying that our spices are meeting our customer service expectations.
helping to communicate dress code standards in the production room.
handling detailed record keeping.
QC Leads will monitor and document.
good manufacturing practices.
sanitation standard operating procedures.
allergen controls.
glass policies and procedures.
extraneous/foreign matter.
weights and volume measurements.
traceability.
If this sounds like you wed love to hear from you! Starting pay: $17.75 per hour based on experience. Hours: MondayFriday: 6am2pm and weekends when department needs arise.
