Reporting to the resorts Food and Beverage Director we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our diverse and vibrant food and beverage team and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manager the resorts main bar and restaurant .
- Lead manage and mentor a team of F&B professionals ensuring excellent service standards and seamless guest experiences.
- Support the F & B Director to manage budgets control costs and maximise profitability while maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage quality.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef Hotel Management and Marketing team to manage special events and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Maintain and elevate the resorts F&B reputation through consistent guest feedback and proactive problemsolving.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as Restairant Managetr or be an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor ready to take the next step in your career.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional financial acumen with experience in budgeting cost control and revenue generation.
- A passion for hospitality with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving abilities.
- IStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- A background in managing F&B operations in venues with diverse offerings (restaurant bar spa golf course etc.) is highly preferred.
