Position Description:
Location: Drummondville Montreal
We are looking for a Senior Director and Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to take on a leadership role in strategic ERP/SaaS integration mandates. As a key member of our center of excellence you will contribute to structuring integration approaches enhancing the consistency of deliverables and ensuring strong alignment between technical and functional aspects on highimpact projects for our clients.
You will collaborate closely with both our local and international teamsincluding a technical architect based in Swedenwhile also serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Integration Leadership: Act as a central figure in ERP/SaaS/internal tools integration helping define and enforce best practices.
International Collaboration: Coordinate technical efforts with our European team to ensure seamless and reliable delivery.
Client Engagement: Take a lead role in client interactions (presentations technical discussions strategic advisory).
Internal Tools: Master the EMS/EMT tool (training provided) used for legal entity duplication within Business Central.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Proven experience in managing SaaS and ERP integration projects.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or related products in the D365 suite.
Strategic mindset and strong organizational skills to support the continuous evolution of our delivery models.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate technical issues to a wide range of stakeholders.
Full professional proficiency in French and English both spoken and written.
