Working closely with our Home Care Services team you will have responsibility for providing responsive administrative support to the Metro Hub Team. This role will provide office based customer support to deliver a positive customer experience and exceptional personcentred service. They will maintain the customers personal identity treating them always with respect and dignity whilst understanding their needs and preferences.
