Community Solutionsare seeking 2 candidates that are motivated to complete an Electrical apprenticeship. This 4 year Apprenticeship will allow you to complete a Certificate III in Electrotechnology.
We encourage out of trade 2nd or 3rd year Electrotechnology Apprentices to apply and candidates in trade looking to rotate or gain different exposure in their apprenticeship. We also encourage candidates looking to commence their apprenticeship and hold a certificate II in Electrotechnology. Who are we
Community Solutions is a notforprofit organisation operating as a commercial business providing apprentices and trainees to businesses throughout Queensland.
With an enviable record of achievement as The Apprentice and Trainee Specialists Community Solutions has built strong partnerships with industry to provide quality employment opportunities in Apprenticeships and Traineeships.
The Apprenticeship will involve but not be limited to:
- Installation and precommissioning set up of electrical equipment
- Select set up test fault find repair and maintain electrical systems and equipment
Requirements:
- Valid drivers licence
- Current LVR &CPR certificate or willing to obtain
- White Card (construction Safety Induction)
- Able to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to think logically and process diagnostic ability
- Physically fit
- Have a reliable vehicle
- Working at heights
- Certificate II in Electrotechnology or candidates that have commenced their electrical apprenticeship
- Successful applicants will be required to pass an aptitude test and a preemployment medical including drug and alcohol testing.
