Job Description

About the role and where you will be working:

Reporting to the GM Experience and Marketing you will be responsible for the effective management and development of a high performing Content Team.

Your focus will be on strengthening our reputation and profile by developing and delivering a strong brand narrative told through a program of curated video and photographic content publications proactive media opportunities and CEO profile building strategies.

This position is located in our central office in Rivervale with the option to work from home 2 or 3 days per week.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Plan deliver and lead proactive media activities for specific SCC activity including key priority projects.
  • Produce timely content (including video and written story content) for a variety of channels including news outlets the SCC website and social media platforms and other SCC channels as required.
  • Produce regular engaging video content to support the brand narrative.
  • Support human resources through the development of content for attraction and recruitment campaigns.
  • Develop content to assist residential community options home services and ILU promote their offering to prospective clients and families.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including government agency communication departments media and suppliers such as video production freelancers.
  • Develop and pitch ideas for news stories (including developing media packs Q&As and releases) and contribute to the Marketing teams strategic direction and planning to build brand profile and reputation.

About you

The ideal candidate will have similar experience ideally working for a health care or not for profit organisation.

To be considered for this role youll need:

  • 5 years experience in marketing communications and consumer experience roles ideally with an understanding of health care and human services businesses.
