Job Description
law firm based in Canary Wharf London. The firm is highly regarded in the
legal industry ranked in both Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500 for
its expertise in employment law.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced
Employment Solicitor (5 years PQE) to join a dynamic and growing
team.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of contentious and noncontentious employment
matters.
Advising on issues including unfair dismissal discrimination
whistleblowing and employment contracts.
Supporting other team members with complex legal issues.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Contributing to the firms ongoing business development and
marketing activities.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
Minimum of 5 years postqualification experience in employment law.
Strong academic background and a passion for employment law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a closeknit team.
Commercial awareness and a proactive clientfocused approach.
