What were looking for
The Solutions Consulting Team supports clients and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle and reports to the manager of Sales Engineering. As a Sales Solutions Consultant you will provide presales technical functional and strategic support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition to supporting the sales team in presales conversations you will collaborate across the organization including with product marketing legal and security.
What youll be working on
- Support our prospective clients and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by translating features into value drivers for their business.
- Provide functional and technical expertise in the presales phase including knowledge of SurveyMonkeys platform APIs Mobile SDKs and additional solutions.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and custom Security Reviews.
- Be a customer advocate internally while working with other teams including Product support engineering and sales.
- Provide training to improve product knowledge and demo abilities.
- Develop a working knowledge of the competitive landscape and become an expert in the CX space.
Wed love to hear from people with
- 3 years experience as a Sales Consultant Sales Engineer or equivalent role with a focus on SaaS.
- A curious and inquisitive mind with an interest in exploring and selfteaching new programs and integrations.
- Comfortable presenting to a variety of customers (even on executive level).
- A technical background with experience working with APIs.
- Experience delivering SaaS demonstrations and writing technical business documentation like workflow diagrams proposals RFPs and RFIs.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in relevant field.
- Ability to communicate written and orally in English at the B2 level.
- HTML CSS and some Javascript knowledge is preferred.
SurveyMonkey believes inperson collaboration is valuable for building relationships fostering community and enhancing our speed and execution in problemsolving and decisionmaking. As such you will be required to work from a SurveyMonkey office up to 1 day per week.
