Overview
The Head of HR plays a critical role in shaping the organizational culture and ensuring that the human resource strategy aligns with the overall business goals. This position is pivotal in fostering a highperformance environment by developing HR initiatives that promote employee satisfaction retention and productivity. The Head of HR leads the HR team in executing comprehensive programs across staffing training employee relations performance management and compliance thereby ensuring that the organization attracts and retains the best talents. Additionally the Head of HR collaborates with senior leadership to understand workforce needs and implement innovative solutions that drive engagement and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic insight and operational excellence demonstrating a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Role and Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead talent acquisition efforts to ensure the organization attracts top talent.
Oversee performance management systems to enhance employee productivity.
Foster a culture of engagement and inclusion throughout the organization.
Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skill sets.
Manage employee relations initiatives to address concerns and resolve conflicts.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.
Analyze HR metrics to inform decisionmaking and strategic planning.
Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs.
Support succession planning initiatives to build leadership capabilities.
Implement employee wellness and benefits programs to drive satisfaction.
Conduct regular assessments of HR policies and procedures for effectiveness.
Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives across all levels.
Represent the HR function in executive meetings and board discussions.
Manage budgets related to HR programs and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources.
10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in Payroll Recruitment and HR best practices.
Strong knowledge of employment laws(Labour Law experience is a Must have)
Looking for Punebased strong and matured Strategic thinker with mandatory EPC experience to join their growing team.
Experience with HRIS and data analysis tools.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to drive change and influence senior leadership.
Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and negotiation.
Ability to develop and manage highperforming teams.
Proven track record in enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Commitment to diversity equity and inclusion in the workplace.
Ability to navigate a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
