Salary Range – 12000 ( 1 year relevant experience ) to 15000 ( 3 years experience ) Incentives
Role & responsibilities
1) Responsible for Patient Management at the clinic. Intermediate between the Patients and Doctors.
2) Handling Inbound & Outbound calls. 40% Call Handling both inbound and outbound. 40% personal interaction with existing and new patients. 20% MIS and admin work. Totally in house job.
3) Reference collection from patients. Drive various initiatives of Dr Batra’s along with Doctor other clinic staff.
4) Back up work in pharmacy ( will be trained on that )
5) Basic MIS and clinic admin work.
Skills Required
A) Communication skills – Good in interaction with people. Preferably good in English & Gujarati.
B) Convincing Skills – Product pitch and reference collection.
C) Computer Skills – Entire work is web based and MS office based.
D) Basic Social Media Skills – Handle insta & fb account of clinic.
