This is a remote position.
We re hiring a Sales Operations Associate to support our revenue team by ensuring our CRM outreach cadences and lead management systems run like clockwork. You ll be the operational force behind our sales engine optimizing data flow maintaining playbooks and ensuring automation tools work flawlessly.
This is the ideal role for someone who s processminded techsavvy and eager to grow into sales systems and automation.

Maintain data hygiene and accuracy within our CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce)
Support execution of outbound email sequences (e.g. Lemlist Apollo)
Assist in updating playbooks templates and outreach logic
Monitor campaign analytics (open rates bounce rates conversions) and flag issues
Collaborate with the Sales Automation Specialist to QA workflows and identify areas for efficiency
Prepare weekly reports on lead status rep activity and pipeline movement
Help onboard new reps with tool access template walkthroughs and process documentation
First 30 Days
Complete onboarding into our CRM and sales automation stack
Conduct initial audit of data inconsistencies or gaps
Shadow outreach workflows to understand sequencing logic
By Day 60
Own CRM data updates and hygiene process
Actively support the launch of email cadences and monitor sequence delivery
Begin building dashboard views or status reports
By Day 90
Independently manage recurring reporting tasks
Contribute recommendations for improving outreach execution or CRM workflow
Become a goto resource for frontline reps needing tool/process support
<3% CRM data error rate (e.g. lead ownership status missing fields)
<24 hour turnaround time for outreach or toolrelated support tickets
Active contribution to 2 campaign launches or sequence updates per month
Weekly reporting accuracy score of 95%
1 3 years in Sales Support Revenue Operations or CRM administration
Familiar with tools like HubSpot Salesforce Apollo Lemlist Notion
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; data cleanup and basic pivoting
Detailoriented with strong documentation habits
Comfortable with asynchronous work and fastchanging priorities
Bonus: Experience using ChatGPT or Notion AI for task efficiency
