This is a remote position.
We re looking for a CRM Specialist who lives and breathes systems. In this role you ll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the sales CRM ensuring clean data smart workflows and a seamless experience for reps managers and marketing collaborators.
This is a handson techforward position ideal for someone who loves building scalable processes ensuring alignment between systems and integrating tools that power efficient sales motions.
You ll manage a modern CRM that powers AIdriven sales playbooks
Be the bridge between Sales Marketing and RevOps teams
Implement and maintain workflows that actually get used
Influence revenue outcomes through smarter segmentation and automation
Advance your career into Revenue Operations or Sales Tech Leadership
Maintain and update CRM records (HubSpot Salesforce or Close) across the full funnel
Build and manage lead scoring models lifecycle stages and routing rules
Integrate outreach and enrichment tools (Apollo Clay Lusha) into CRM workflows
Support sales playbook execution by mapping sequences tasks and triggers
Ensure data quality and completeness via deduplication validation and hygiene scripts
Train new users and sales reps on CRM usage dashboards and reporting
Collaborate with Sales Automation Specialist on cadence logic and system alignment
Support the creation of dashboards and reports on deal velocity conversion and outreach KPIs
First 30 Days
Complete full CRM audit and system walkthrough
Identify 3 5 data integrity issues and propose fixes
Document key lead sources scoring logic and lifecycle definitions
By Day 60
Deploy at least one automation or lead routing improvement
Sync outreach tool data (Apollo/Clay) to CRM with <5% error rate
Reduce lead assignment errors or handoff delays by 50%
By Day 90
Fully own user management field creation and basic workflow updates
Support rollout of a new outreach playbook or sales process via CRM logic
Produce dashboard reports for weekly sales meetings and RevOps syncs
CRM data integrity > 98% (lead status contact info lifecycle stage)
Workflow uptime: 100% for critical automations
<24hr turnaround on CRM tickets or change requests
Dashboard/report accuracy score > 95%
2 4 years in CRM administration or sales/rev ops roles
Strong experience with HubSpot Salesforce or
Familiar with sales automation tools (Apollo Clay Lemlist) and how they connect to CRM
Strong understanding of lead lifecycle scoring and segmentation logic
Comfortable with reporting tools (HubSpot dashboards Looker or Google Sheets)
Bonus: Experience with CRM APIs Zapier or AI tools like ChatGPT
