About the Role
As a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and engaging with top IT talent through various sourcing methods.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Understanding client requirements and matching them with potential candidates.
- Managing the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement.
- Providing expert guidance and advice to clients and candidates on market trends and recruitment best practices.
About You
- Proven experience in IT recruitment ideally in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and its recruitment needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain longterm relationships.
- Demonstrated integrity and commitment to professional excellence.
