Job Description

Integrated Management Systems and Health & Safety Governance Specialist

Scope of the role

Participates actively in all the management systems and procedures related to quality and process management the management of environmental impact and in the field of safety in the workplace in all Eurotex sites in Bulgaria and abroad. Act as a Health and Safety Officer for all activities of the company in Bulgaria.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the implementation of the Global Integrated Management System (IMS) and the Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) governance in all Eurotex locations.
  • Conducting internal audits and site inspections supporting external audits and representing the company during compliance reviews.
  • Constantly evaluating the integrated systems effectiveness analyzing compliance with requirements of both ISO and Eurotex corporate standards.
  • Conducting annual IMS analysis and reporting following the vision for goalsetting within the systems.
  • Ensuring quality standards of Company s products and services are met through customer satisfaction and complaints analysis and evaluation.
  • Overseeing all occupational health and safety management processes including compliance risk assessment training site inspections and accident prevention.
  • Deeply involved in case studies and problem solving related to the process of nearmiss management including analysis and identification of trends clear defining and proper reporting of near misses taking corrective actions and preventing future incidents.
  • Providing administrative support with all the documentation and administrative requirements regarding HSE compliance update queries scheduling report writing document review/control etc.
  • Monitoring trends and developments in the IMS and OHS compliance according to Bulgarian and European legislation and ISO standards assessing the impact on the Company identifying potential gaps and developing respective updates in IMS.
  • Ensuring implementation and compliance with additional environmental/quality regulations and standards EMAS and GRS.
  • Developing and delivering internal trainings to enhance the organizations performance in quality environmental and occupational health and safety management.


Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a big industrial company with international exposure
  • Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • Analytical skills problemsolving ability and effective communication skills
  • A proactive organized and goaloriented mindset with strong problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent digital and computer literacy advanced level of MS Office package
  • Fluency in English
  • Completion of internal auditor/auditor training in quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015) and/or environmental management (ISO 14001:2015) and/or occupational health and safety management (ISO 45001:2018) will be considered advantage.
  • Knowledge or experience in EcoManagement and Audit Scheme (EMAS) and/or Global Recycled Standard (GRS) will be considered advantage
