Our client is a topnotch FMCG company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Drive the development of branded packaged fats (such as Shortening BOS CBS/CBR/CBE etc.) as well as existing packaged Olein products targeting the Confectionery and Bakery sectors within the B2B segment.
Deliver tailored technical support by assisting with formulation product application and quality optimization to encourage trial and adoption of packaged fats by business clients.
Enhance the conversion rate by contributing to the journey from initial customer interest to ongoing and consistent product usage.
Identify and resolve qualityrelated concerns providing effective solutions to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Engage bakery clients across multiple touchpoints including direct customer visits product demonstrations workshops and digital channels.
Graduated from a university college or vocational school in a relevant discipline.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Effective communicator with solid negotiation abilities.
Demonstrates discipline integrity and a strong work ethic.
Highly responsible and dependable in task execution.
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is a plus.
Practical experience in baking is an advantage.
Previous background in providing technical support within the confectionery or bakery sector.
