Job Description

Our client is a company specialized in technology who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Management and Development

  • Design review and optimize companywide compensation benefits and rewards policies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business strategy.

  • Develop a comprehensive Total Rewards framework including base salary performance bonuses retention schemes and ESOPs (if applicable).

  • Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to recommend enhancements to the company s compensation structure.

  • Manage the salary budget monitor workforce costs and provide regular reports to senior management.

  1. Operational Management & Compliance

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing social insurance contributions personal income tax and other allowances and benefits.

  • Maintain full compliance with current labor laws and related regulations.

  • Coordinate closely with the accounting/finance teams to ensure consistency in payroll execution and reporting.

  1. HR System & Policy Development

  • Build and maintain performance evaluation systems (KPI OKR etc.) closely linked to reward mechanisms.

  • Support the design of talent development and retention strategies through flexible compensation programs.

  • Advise senior leaders on strategic HR matters including workforce planning organizational structure and cost optimization.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources Economics Finance or related fields.

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or team lead role with strong expertise in C&B or Total Rewards.

  • Indepth understanding of labor laws personal income tax social insurance and related regulations.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets payroll software and HRIS systems.

  • Logical detailoriented and accurate; capable of providing strategic HR advice and effectively communicating with leadership.

  • Preferred candidates will have prior experience working in tech companies or startups with 100 employees.
