Requirements of the Business Administrator 2 (Special Education):
- Mus have strong Administrative Sills strong computer skills
- Have Experience in investigation and developing interview questions
- Bachelors degree required/prefer an Education degree Knowledge or experience in Special Education a plus
Responsibilities of the Business Administrator 2 (Special Education):
- Provides technical assistance to district administrators advocates attorneys parents and organizations regarding the dispute resolution process and IDEA;
- Responds to inquiries regarding the dispute resolution processes and IDEA;
- Makes presentations to State agencies committees parents school districts and other groups on a variety of special education topics.
